Payments are non-refundable.
All payments, deposits, retainers and booking fees are non-refundable once sent, except where required by applicable law or where Zoom-X Productions LLC agrees otherwise in writing.
Custom work may change the quoted price.
Additional locations, extended production time, travel, crew, equipment, permits, models, actors, extras, studio or venue fees, specialized production and extensive editing may require additional charges. These are confirmed before the applicable work whenever reasonably possible.
Advertising spend and third-party costs are separate unless stated otherwise.
Media spend, ad-platform charges, permits, rentals, travel, parking, tolls, lodging, licensing, printing, installation and other third-party expenses are the client's responsibility unless the written quote or agreement specifically includes them.
Use the written scope as the source of truth.
The selected package is a starting point. The final scope, deliverables, schedule, price and any approved extras should appear in the quote, invoice, Service Agreement and/or Exhibit A for the project.
